Brooklyn Magic Shop is located between the family-friendly Brooklyn neighborhoods of Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens in New York City.

Brooklyn Magic Shop's week-long Magic Summer Camps provide young aspiring magicians with a fun and unique exploration of the magic arts through social and emotional learning. Brooklyn Magic Shop offers a safe, friendly, positive, and inclusive environment while fostering an artistic and creative approach to magic learning.

Each day, magic students will deep dive into the foundations of card magic and apply tailored sleight-of-hand magic using props and everyday objects. Students will also learn the importance of movement and performance, collaborate in groups, and have the opportunity to craft and create their own custom magic props using wood and other organic materials and learn the importance of using the imagination to inspire creativity. By the end of each camp week, all students will be able to confidently perform complete magic routines using all the concepts they have learned and practiced and take the stage in our parlor-style magic theater for the weekly magic summer camp showcase. At Brooklyn Magic Shop, we suspend all disbelief and let our imaginations soar!

​Personal Benefits: Builds confidence and independence. Promotes safe and friendly social interactions, collaboration, creativity, respect, and leadership skills. Builds magic skills, presentation skills, observation skills, crafting skills, artistic skills, critical thinking skills, and deductive reasoning skills.

No prior skill in magic is required. An interest in magic is highly recommended.

New magic materials are included: All new magic materials are included for students to use and keep throughout the week.

Snacks are included: Vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, non-gmo, and fresh organic fruit snack options are available for students to choose from during snack breaks.

Lunch is not included: Please be sure to pack a full lunch and a water bottle.

Indoor Air: Molekule purification, an FDA-cleared air purifier that destroys viruses, bacteria, and pollutants and Air Conditioner.

Outdoor Time: Pending air quality and weather conditions, outdoor time is reserved throughout the week at Carroll Park.​

Magic Instructors: Fingerprint Clearance and CPR Certified.

Additional Details:

• Students must be at least 7-years of age.

• Doors open at 9:00 AM for student drop off.

• Student pick up is at 3:00 PM.

• Early drop off and extended pickup may be offered. Please fill in requests during the registration process.

• Molekule Air Purification.

  We use Molekule purification, an FDA-cleared air purifier that destroys viruses, bacteria, and pollutants.

• If sick, please do not attend.

• For absences, please inform us via email, at

  info@brooklynmagicshop.com; with adequate notice, we will reschedule your child for another summer camp week.

• Camps are not refundable, but they are transferable, and can be used as credit towards future magic summer camp dates.
